Wrap the measuring tape around the belly button tightly, this is usually the largest part of the stomach. Then slowly allow space enough for two fingers gap between the measuring tape and waist

Keep your posture as straight as possible. Place the measuring tape at the highest part of your shoulder the point where the neck and shoulder meets. Measure straight down to your desired length
Put the measuring tape on the area where the shoulder bone and arm meet. Make sure the arm is straight and measure down to your desired length
Wrap the measuring tape tightly around the largest part of the chest normally around the nipples allowing two finger space between the measuring tape and chest.
Position the tape measure at the point where the shoulder meets the arm — this marks where the seam will sit. Measure in a straight line across to the same spot on the other shoulder.”
Wrap the tape measure around the middle of your neck where the Adam’s apple is. Allow one finger space between your neck and the measuring tape.
